If you’re reading this you could be researching into getting a network marketing business coach to point you in the right direction when it comes to learning how to grow your business. The fastest way to learn how to do something is to copy what an expert has done already, but what are the full advantages and disadvantages of having a coach? Let’s talk about this in today’s post.
The obvious advantage of finding a coach that will work with you and has already got the results you want, is to gain the information that they already know but not having to go through trial and error yourself. Some people are hesitant to spend money on a coach, yet I’d rather spend a few grand to save a few years of blood sweat and tears.
A few grand you can get back, but you can’t get that time back! And at the time when I hired my first network marketing business coach, I was in my early 20’s which are some of the most precious years of your life, some say.
Some disadvantages of hiring a coach are hiring someone that hasn’t gotten the results that you’re after. It’s almost like the blind leading the blind when this happens. Also, there are those that have false expectations or poor judgement by thinking that a network marketing business coach will do everything for them.
Instead, it’s like having a crystal clear roadmap to help you get from A to B as fast as possible. There is no overnight success, but if you have the right gameplan it’s possible to get sizeable results in 90 days or less. I’ve managed to hit a few company ranks in less time than this.
In short, if you’re not sure about whether to hire a network marketing business coach AND your results are not where they need to be, I recommend searching for one who HAS the results you want to have too.
Although it is hard to admit you’re not getting results, it is necessary to put your pride and ego aside in order to be coachable. This is essential if you want your business to continue to grow.
