Are you a network marketer or are just looking into industry? If so, you will want to read this post as I’ll share what it really takes to succeed when building a Network Marketing business online which I’ve learnt from some top leaders by attending some high-level masterminds and events recently.

So the biggest mistake people make when they try to build their business online is by telling the whole world about the business itself.

Let’s face it, most people don’t join a business because they are so interested in facts and figures about the company. They join for the people, the community and of course to make money in order for the business to be viable (and to provide for their family).

What is the number one thing when successfully building a network marketing business online?

Instead of talking about how great your company or products are, my suggestion is to ask the other person what’s going on in their life and see if they are having an issue that maybe you can help with.

You see what you’re interested in, and why you joined the business may not be why someone else is going to join or take a look at what you’re offering. People might not be just looking to make money, they may already be on a six-figure per year executive salary. Instead, are they maybe looking for time freedom, or creating income that has leverage instead of trading time for money. There are lots of different angles to take.

The fundamentals are more important than the marketing strategy you use to find the leads. Really, you can do any lead generating strategy to start building a network marketing business online BUT you must first understand the mechanics.
