Wondering what kind of network marketing training tools top producers in the industry use to generate more leads, recruit more reps and duplicate ALL of this to their team? Today I’ll be share exactly what the top earners in our industry use to get ahead in the home business industry, while their competition is left fighting for the scraps!

You probably know that in order to have a long term and profitable network marketing business, it must have duplication! Even if you are the best salesperson or closer in the world, you’re only limited to what you can personally do.

So it sure pays to have a way to teach all of your secrets to your team, whilst also not involving a lot of your time. It’s easy to get stuck in managing mode when you should really be leading by example and recruiting.

One of the most valuable network marketing training tools is having a community to plug your new people into, such as a Facebook group with other team members. Some people join a business just solely because they will be part of a thriving, inspiring and successful community, even if they don’t get results right away.

What’s cool about a Facebook group is that you can add videos, files and pin an important update to the top of the group. It’s a great place to welcome new team members, inform team members of trainings and best of all, add getting started instructions! If you write some getting started instructions that help a brand new person get results in their first week (or at least before their next autoship is due) you will increase retention for sure.

Your new team mates will be much more confident in sticking with the business if they see results quickly, even if the results aren’t that huge. Some people would be happy with just a few hundred dollars per month…to some people that literally is the difference between living in their house or loosing it to the bank for non payment of their mortgage.

Another tool to use is a membership website where people get login information and can view all the training in one place. I recommend a marketing system many thousands of marketers and I use called My Lead System Pro that provides this, and even allows you to add your own custom training.

Also, it will be very time consuming for you to create a membership website to train new members and is NOT income producing, so it makes sense plugging into a system that does this for you. In addition it gives you tools such as pre made high converting lead pages (or you can build your own) as well as a blogging platform, CRM and much more.

My final tip is to simplify everything! See if you can create a 3 step or 5 step process to get a brand new person making a sale early on, as if they aren’t making any income at all they may see their business as a liability instead of an asset. Although you can’t guarantee that, your goal is to get people excited and keep them excited by making baby steps into the right direction with their business.
