After all you don’t get paid for explaining about your business, only for getting people to actually join.
Other advantages of using a network marketing system are being able to train your team by creating a membership website which contains all of the training a new person would need. This is a great example of systems you can create that free up your time and allow you to get back to recruiting, where the money is actually made in your business.
You can also put together video presentations on websites which explain your business opportunity thoroughly so that you don’t have to, and anybody who won’t spend the time to watch the videos wouldn’t qualify to actually work with me.
If you run your business the same way you will have a LOT more of a position of power when prospecting. It should be you that decides who can join your team, not the other way around. Using a network marketing system gives you this positioning and makes you stand out as a professional in the field, I strongly suggest looking into one (this is the system I use and recommend.
