Looking for an MLM automated recruiting system?
Wondering whether you should bother using an MLM automated recruiting system? More than likely you’re here because you want to sponsor more reps in an automated way, maybe due to the fact that you’re strapped for time or are burnt out from traditional recruiting.
In today’s post you’ll learn more about these systems and whether they actually can build your business for you, completely on autopilot, or if more effort than that is required.
So does an MLM automated recruiting system exist?
Simply put, yes they sure do. Though there is definitely a difference between a system that just signs people up and another that actually keeps people active in your business. Most people get caught up in a recruiting frenzy, and sadly never take the time to actually build a real connection with their team mates. This is no way to build a long term empire, and this is no quick fix.
Now I don’t know of any such services that recruit for you, at least none I have experienced or seen other successful people in the industry. You can however automate things like your email follow up by using autoresponders (I recommend AWeber, it has a free trial) which allows you to contact all of your leads at once.
Even though you can also automate lead generation by using paid advertising e.g. Facebook ads, you can’t automate the process of building a relationship with someone. There should always be a part of the sales process either where someone can reach out to you (this is the preferred option) or where you can reach out to your leads. Some people will want to speak to a real person before buying something, even if they love what they see.
So my advice is to be wary of people or systems that promise to auto recruit for you, it would be like running a traditional business and having other people making the decision of who to hire for you. Surely you would want to meet the people wanting to work with you? They may not even be a total fit for the job in your eyes! So this is one task I would be hesitant to delegate.
