Can you really get MLM recruiting done for you?
If you’re like most network marketers, you probably want to build a large downline which is of course not the easiest thing to do in the world. So you decide you might need some help and look into some MLM recruiting done for you services. In today’s post I’ll cover some of the pros and cons of services like this, so you can decide what to do next in order to grow your business as quickly as possible, without a tonne of painful rejection.
So what exactly is an MLM recruiting done for you service?
My definition is that it’s a service where people will recruit for you, and in some cases a company or person goes to pay other people interested in running a business (known as business opportunity seekers).
Some benefits of this is having people join your business without you needing to go out and personally recruit. This could be useful for someone building their downline who has very limited time and just wants people to go and recruit on their behalf.
What a lot of people forget though, is that recruiting is one thing and sponsoring someone into your business is another. It’s all about retention, and if people don’t have a relationship with you or the support network isn’t strong enough, they tend to quit and your business will suffer if this happens.
From experience, the average life span of a networker is a mere 45 days! That means on average people who you recruit won’t even pay their third month of autoship. In order to extend this, you need to offer people at least ten times the amount of value that they pay to stay active.
In short, if you want to use these kinds of services, make sure that you build a relationship with the people who are recruited immediately. If you didn’t spend any time with your significant other, how long would they stick around for? It’s the same in this industry. Make sure to put relationships first and making money will follow the relationship.
