If you’re researching whether a network marketing mentor is really a weapon you need in your arsenal, you’re in the right place to be in the know. Why is it necessary? So before we go further, what is a network marketing mentor?
The definition I’d personally give is that it’s not just an upline or a sponsor, but someone who actually is there to help you get results and duplicate some team success. They give everyone a fair chance, they listen and they are a leader. A real mentor sacrifices their time and effort to help their team even if there’s no guaranteed return on investment.
Why is this important? If you’re new to the industry or have been struggling for some time, it’s worth following in the footsteps of someone already getting results. If your current upline doesn’t fit this status, there are plenty of network marketing mentors you can talk to who may run coaching programs or sell training products.
Without a mentor, you are spinning your wheels and if you don’t change the input, why would your output be any different? Having a network marketing mentor who’s able to prevent you from making mistakes can save years of time, effort and frustration.
Overall, I highly recommend locating a network marketing mentor even if it seems expensive. You would be much better off spending a lot of money than years of your life figuring things out through a very painful process.
