Let’s clarify…what is a network marketing recruiting system?

You can probably find tonnes of definitions out there, but from my perspective it’s a set of instructions and tools that lead a prospect through a qualifying process to join your business. An example of a system like this is having a series of websites that all link together (known as a sales funnel) where someone requests more information about your business.

Then once they’ve done that, a good idea is to get the prospect who’s in your sales funnel to look at a detailed video presentation. This video then explains all the ins and outs of your business so that you don’t have to.

If someone won’t watch a 15-45 minute presentation that could potentially change their life, I’m probably not going to follow up much with that person. Why? Because they’re more than likely not going to take enough action fast enough to get results.

If they took 3 weeks to watch the video and another 3 weeks to actually join, does that sound like an ideal business partner to you? How you do one thing is how you do many things. Be very selective with who you sponsor into your business; using the help of a network marketing recruiting system should make this easier to do.

Lastly, one suggestion you could put into place is asking that people fill in a survey to see if they qualify to work with you. If you ask the same questions to everyone it could also be a huge time saver. In a way, this is a network marketing recruiting system actually doing some work for you and saving you heaps of time in the process.
