A lot of other Network Marketing tips PDF downloads that I’ve read are either full of junk strategies or have the sole goal of trying to sell you on a business opportunity that they’re in. Today I want to give you some strategies that have allowed me to recruit over 100 people into multiple opportunities without rejection or paying for advertising.
The issue most people face when they get into this industry is they think we’re in a features and benefits business model, whereas actually we are in a leadership business model coupled by personal development.
What this means for you is that people are going to join leaders who are able to offer a significant amount of value to the people that they serve i.e. their customers. He who gives the most value, gets the most customers – often with seamlessly no effort!
An example of how this works is to offer value such as bonuses that dwarf the entry price of whatever business you’re promoting.
The bonuses have to be something useful and congruent to helping the business grow; an example of this is me giving away a 5 day social media challenge bootcamp to help people sponsor more reps for free using sites like Facebook that anybody can do.
The reason why this works so well in network marketing is that people not only want to start a business, but they want to get results, ideally within their first 90 days.
Did you know that the average life span of a networker is less than 30 days? Ouch! If you are new or have new people in your team, you may wish to read my blog post on 4 blunders every home business owner should avoid if you want to increase retention.
Imagine how high your retention rate would be if people could at least make one sale in their first month, or they start generating their own leads for free their first week.
You can’t of course guarantee results, but consider how much exposure you and your team would get if you offered training that has helped people get results like that.
