Tired watching others constantly get prospects, recruits and being seen like a leader? If so, this post will give you some solid tips on how to make this happen. Today you’ll learn more on my 3 network marketing training topics that you need to know in order to get results that the top producers do, by applying the same strategies they use day to day to get incredible results.
1 – Lead with your own brand not another company’s
The worst thing to do is to brand another company that you don’t own. In the beginning this may be acceptable as you are leveraging off a well known brand and company, but in the long term this will certainly hinder you especially if you change companies.
Always lead with your own brand and message that YOU can control, as everywhere you go that’s where you are. There is no need to have flashy logos or slogans, that’s not why people will join you! So long as your brand is consistent and provides value, that’s where people will be interested in it.
2 – Share what you learn to build an audience
I see so many people with a huge amount of experience and knowledge that aren’t sharing some of this in order to build and retain an audience online. The truth is, if you stop prospecting and you have no content that is getting exposure on its own then your growth will stop.
The best way to do this is creating blog posts and videos on either YouTube or Facebook that demonstrate value, followed up by a call to action to a website, event or other offer where people can learn more about working with you. Give value first, build an audience second, offer them something that will solve their problem third.
3 – Attend events and evidence this
Many people DO attend events but don’t do it the right way in my opinion. The wrong way is to just attend an event, maybe take some notes and then put it in a drawer or cupboard when you get home. The right way is to video interview top leaders and earners who attend the event (at the very least take pictures!).
Anyone I see making the most of being at the event by creating content around it has a higher chance of continuing the momentum when they get home. You need to have an intention when attending events i.e. what is the #1 thing you want to gain from the event, otherwise it’s a very expensive trip to make…especially when you don’t take action on what you learnt there.
