Been searching high and low for the best MLM motivation tips?
Feeling a bit depleted and burnt out from trying to grow your business? Frustrated with getting people to try and join your business? If you are in need of MLM motivation tips to keep you on track, here’s five of the very best I can offer that top earners in the industry follow.
1 – Always consider your ‘why’ but what is more powerful is what kind of person you want to be like when you do reach your goals, and what sort of lifestyle you will live. Will you be influential? Will you inspire millions? It has to be more than making a bunch money that just accumulates in the bank.
2 – Find mentors and work with them closely; unless you are having a Starbucks meeting with Tony Robbins, he does not count as your mentor! What has been incredible for me is finding a mentor who has spotted potential that you may have not even realised yourself.
3 – Show gratitude for even the smallest of milestones, such as your first sale, your first lead or ‘thank you’ message from someone you’ve helped. The first commission I ever made online was more of a milestone for me than it was reaching 5 figures in one of my affiliate programs.
4 – Any time you think about not doing a certain task that you know is going to take you to the next level, consider the alternative of you not achieving your dream.
It may be to quit your day job, retire your spouse or just be with the kids more. If your current path outside of your MLM is NOT taking you there, then it’s great motivation to stay in momentum.
5 – Final but most powerful of my MLM motivation tips: If you are feeling burnt out, for sure take a break for a few hours or maybe tackle it first thing the next morning. However, don’t take a break for too long, as if you had a day off it can feel like you’re taking a week off.
Even on a day where there’s a crazy amount of stuff happening, you still have to make the time to do essential things like prospecting and content creation. You need to do this daily no matter what, if you’re running your business on a part time basis you need to take that into account, but never make excuses for why it can’t be done.
Even if it is a valid excuse, it is still an excuse and will delay your dream from happening! You need to work your business to the point that your full time job is like a side project to you.
