Three men took on fifteen hungry LIONS?!

I wanted to share something so amazing that my Father just showed me on the ‘automatic income reducer’ (there is some good stuff on the ol’ TV occasionally)…just to warn you in advance, you might fall off your chair in shock when you watch the video in this blog post, hehe 😉

Without giving too much away, three hunters were aiming to sneak some food off a group of lions to feed to their families back at their villages. The lions had just killed some fresh meat, and the hunters wanted their slice of it! This is truly something special, so pay very close attention to it.

Wow, wow, WOW. There are several lessons to be learnt from this, and I’m going to focus specifically on us networkers in the home based business industry. If you’re not in that category, perhaps you should be 😉

Anyhow…you saw what happened. Against the odds, three hunters confidently walked straight towards a group of fifteen hungry lions. No powerful weapons, protective armour, no vehicle or anywhere to run and hide to. Just a plan and a desire to get what they wanted. Think of the risk, the ‘what ifs’, not knowing the outcome…then think about what there is to GAIN.

How often are we afraid to call our leads, ask for the sale or any make-believe BS like that? Yes you could make a mistake, say the wrong thing and lose the prospect and/or sale. Let me be frank; whatever you do, shit will happen that you can’t always control (excuse the harsh language there, boss) – though you can always procrastinate to control the outcome, which will lead to failure anyway.

The important thing to note is how do you deal with these problems, and overcome them? Do you hide from them or stand up and face them like these three brave men? If you STILL have the smallest fears such as picking up the phone after taking all this in and you’re doing NOTHING to overcome them, I lose almost all respect for you because you’re just flat out making excuses.

Look, I’m not asking you to take on fifteen lions with two of your friends…or take on five on your own. My main point is just to do what you’re afraid of, and to some of you that might be a contradiction. However what I can promise you is that you will feel temporary pain, which will lead you to accomplishment once you CRUSH your fear(s).

I don’t give a crap what your fears are – walk gracefully as you confront your fears, let them know you’re sticking around this industry and you’re getting rid of them for good. Whatever it takes for you to rip your fear apart so that you can achieve your dreams. Grow some cojones (women too!)
