Today we are going to cover some key strategies which will show you how to build a downline successfully, without experiencing a tonne of rejection. What’s cool is that it’s not as complex as you think, and I’m going to simply sponsoring as much as possible in this blog post.
Some of the biggest problems people have with sponsoring is that they don’t seem to provide a lot of value to their team, which really should be the main reason why people want to work with you. If you’re struggling to sponsor, it’s mainly because you’re not providing enough value yet.

My suggestion is home business owners, simply because their pain is pretty easy to indicate. They usually have the same kind of problems such as not being able to generate leads, signups or team duplication. So if you can offer a huge amount of value that others can’t offer, you will attract way more people to your business.
How do you attain this high level of value? I will be honest…a big part of this is to make a serious investment into your education, especially attending events which is where all the magic really happens.
Most will never actually take these steps though, and they just fall by the wayside with all the other recruiters who can’t stand out. Invest into learning, apply what you learn and teach based on results that you generate.

For example, I generated 80 leads for free last week. Even if you’ve only been able to generate 5 leads per day for 3 days straight, you could easily turn that into a training that most networkers would beg, borrow and steal to get access to. Especially if their current upline has no clue!
